Tucked away in a small fishing village in Sitka, Alaska, you will find the studio of Windsong Designs. We are a small family operated studio producing hand-sculpted polymer clay ornaments and nativities.The primary designer and sculptor is Becky Martin. She is supported by her husband Greg who is responsible for keeping the handmade herds of moose and packs of wolves from over-running the kitchen studio.

Becky and Greg are supported by their children and a team of Alaskan artisans.

Becky has been sculpting clay for many years now. She originally used baker's clay -- basically flour and water -- but now sculpts in polymer clay, which is stronger and more durable. Each sculpture is handmade. No molds are used in our production. Every face is hand-painted. When painting faces, we end up with an entire gallery of "children'' with twinkling eyes and "impish'' smiles.

Becky and Greg originally settled in Sitka to be close to their commercial fishing business. There were even times in years past when ornaments were baked in a tiny galley oven onboard their fishing boat.
